Launch of new, sustainable sources of livelihood for the Agricultural Development Group for Rural Women in the Kasserine region

Under its permanent slogan “In support of state efforts, and to provide citizens with a better quality of life,” the Olive Branch Network of Development Associations in Sfax continues its successful journey, fulfilling its commitment to implementing various development projects for the benefit of vulnerable social groups across different regions. This time, the network turned its attention to Kasserine Governorate, where it launched several projects to address social cases requiring urgent intervention, enabling them to achieve a dignified life, contribute to economic growth, and strengthen sustainable community development.

This time, the network’s support is focused on providing stable sources of livelihood for 11 women members of the “Herafiyat Al-Tadamon” (Solidarity Craftswomen) group in Kasserine, to help them live with dignity. The completed projects include: 5 goat-raising projects and 5 agricultural product processing projects. These various development projects are dedicated to the Agricultural Development Group for Rural Women in Kasserine.

This project is supported and funded by the Kuwaiti Al-Najat Charity Association, whose valuable contributions are present in most of our developmental, social, and humanitarian projects. The program will be expanded to cover several other governorates, benefiting many families with special circumstances.
