As part of its ongoing efforts to support the state’s endeavors and promote economic empowerment, we were honored today, in the presence of the Delegate of Hassi El Ferid and representatives from the Regional Directorate of Social Affairs, that the Ghosn El Zeitoun Network for Development Associations succeeded in bringing smiles and joy to the faces of a needy family and instilling hope in the hearts of its orphaned members. This noble humanitarian act fulfilled the dream of a widowed mother and her orphaned children, who were in dire need of rebuilding their home, which was completely destroyed by a fire in the Hassi El Ferid area of ​​Kasserine, and providing them with a dignified life. The means of renovating and furnishing this needy family’s home varied, including household furniture, electrical appliances, and other furnishings, along with providing basic necessities. This was all done under the auspices of the Ghosn Al-Zaytoun Network for Development Associations in Sfax, as part of its objectives to participate in social development, reinforce the principle of social solidarity, and extend its services to targeted segments of the poor and needy. This noble humanitarian project, adopted by the network as part of its other charitable and social projects, aims to provide a dignified life for these low-income families and alleviate the suffering they endure. Sincere thanks and appreciation go to all the local, regional, and social authorities in the area, to the generous donors, all the volunteers, and everyone who joined us and shared in this great joy we brought to this family.
