A step towards hope… when movement returns to life

The Olive Branch Network for Development Associations in Sfax organized a medical convoy specialized in surgery and the fitting of prosthetic limbs, for children and young people who lost their limbs due to congenital deformities or accidents, with support and funding from the Kuwaiti Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charitable Association.

The network succeeded in providing 3 prosthetic limbs, in coordination with the Regional Health Directorate in Kasserine, the Regional Directorate of Social Affairs in Sidi Bouzid, and the Delegation of El Hamma in Gabes, to ensure that support reached those who deserved it. The stages of the project were carried out at a specialized center in Sfax, and included taking measurements, technical fittings, final installation, and training on use.

This initiative gave the beneficiaries a new opportunity for movement and independence, and the network affirmed its commitment to continuing such humanitarian projects. It concluded by extending thanks to the Kuwaiti Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charitable Association, the volunteer doctors, and the supporting official bodies, asking God to bless everyone’s efforts and grant the patients healing.
